The key advantage of this small particle size is the fact that a person can more thoroughly and comprehensively cover the wet spot or problem area. This results in a faster acting performance of absorbing and adsorbing the ammonia and odor. Many Sweet PDZ users translate this faster performance to better performance, and will swear that the Sweet PDZ Classic/Powder outperforms Granular.
How it Works
Sweet PDZ is extremely effective at neutralizing and removing ammonia and odors, because of its two special properties:
| Soybean hulls are derived from the processing of soybeans to extract oil and meal, and they possess urease activity, which can pose challenges when included in rations with urea. However, this activity can be eliminated through heat treatment. Once heat-treated, these soybean hulls are known as soybean mill run. Soybean mill run is a palatable feed option for both cows and calves, offering a substantial amount of easily digestible fiber. Its total digestible nutrient (TDN) value surpasses that of beet pulp and oats, reaching 93 percent of the TDN value found in barley and 88 percent of the TDN value in corn. |
Cavalor VitaFlora contains pre- and probiotics to rebalance the microflora in the bowel and stimulate health from the inside out. A regimen of Cavalor VitaFlora is recommended after a competition season to give the gut a health boost.
Cavalor Vitaflora is also designed for horses that suffer from unexplained emaciation or inconsistent excretion. Vitaflora is also highly recommended after the use of antibiotics. Antibiotics do not only kill “bad” bacteria, they also eliminate some “good” bacteria from the microbiome.
